The North Central Zonal Chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, (NNPP), Alhaji Muhammed Abdullahi a.k.a Elephant will formally declare his intention to run for the Kogi East senatorial district position on Saturday, 7th May 2022, in Ankpa.
Abdullahi will join the race for the Senate after months of speculations that has trailed his senatorial consultations.
According to a statement by the party state Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Musa Audu Dankano, in Lokoja, on Thursday, the declaration has been tagged “Unveiling My Kogi East Agenda.”
Abdullahi, had after discussing his plan to run for the Kogi East senatorial seat with the NNPP stakeholders and community leaders, sought counsel, guidance and support from traditional and political leaders across the zone.
