A top contender of Kogi State Governorship seat under the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Chairman/CEO of Hamif Real Estate Nigeria Ltd, Chief Friday Idachaba has congratulated lawmakers who were elected under the rulling APC), in the State.
In a release he made available on Monday, Idachaba attributed the victory of 22 out of the 25 seats in the Kogi State House of Assembly to the giant strides of the ruling administration.
According to Idachaba, APC lawmakers should make themselves good ambassadors of their respective state constituency.
He said they should be ready to serve the state and also complement the efforts of past lawmakers in ensuring developmental legislation for the state.
He said: “I congratulate all the APC lawmakers elected by the voters of Kogi state to represent them in the House of Assembly. It was a great feat.
“This shows that APC is working in Kogi and that people are ready to keep enjoying the dividends of democracy that our party has been providing.
“While congratulating our newly elected honourables, I want to urge them to make themselves ambassadors of peace, growth and development.
“They should ensure that they serve the state with everything they have and complement the efforts of the executive arm of government in the state.”
