The immediate past FCT Minister of State, Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, has congratulated His Royal Highness, the Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, on the occasion of his 71st birthday.
In a congratulatory massage, she personally signed and made available to newsmen in Abuja on Monday, Dr. Aliyu eulogized the traditional ruler describing him as a promoter of peace and unity.
The former Minister commended the efforts of the Emir at ensuring peaceful coexistence amongst his subjects despite the atrocious activities of terrorists in some parts of his domain.
She also hailed the traditional ruler for his continous words of wisdom and advice in ensuring development, as well as peace and security not only in his Emirate but in the country at large.
Dr. Aliyu wish the celebrant more years, wisdom, good health and a successful reign.
“On behalf of my family, I heartily felicitate with you on your birthday.
“You have made tremendous contributions to the growth of your Kingdom and the entire Niger State. Your passions and efforts towards ensuring that Niger State attains sustainable peace once again will not be forgotten.
“You have indeed identified yourself as a leader with vision and one who works in the interest of all.
“As you mark these milestones, I urge you to continue to lead the people of your Emirate on the path of progress and unity. You have achieved a lot and it is my prayers that the Almighty Allah grants you more strength and wisdom to do more”, she said.
