In the spirit of post Salah festival, a former Lokoja local govt chairmanship aspirant of All Progressive Congress, APC, in Lokoja, Hon. A. A Yaba Maisaka, has played host to team members and supporters.
Yaba, who hosted his, political family at the Comrade Bala Youth House in Lokoja , explained that there was “a need to bring ourselves together in a time like this to chat and relate with one another and strengthen the progressive bonds that exist amongst us.
Speaking during the merriment, A. A Yaba Maisaka said that “This is not the first of this kind of gathering. We have made it an annual ritual to relate together and chart ways forward among ourselves.”
In his words, leader of the group Alhassan Wazza said, “Yaba is a fantastic man that God blessed. With him not in any political office, he has been doing fantastically good for the interest of the party and the people at the grassroot.
Corroborating Wazza’s eulogy of Yaba, Abbas Yahaya, also described Maisaka’s intervention in APC in all fronts as one the party needs most at this time.
“No doubt, he has been the rallying point in Lokoja and we are all super proud of him. In Lokoja local government, he is a proud son. And we are proud of his series of his interventions and supports o better the people of Lokoja Local Government.” Musa said.
Highlight of the occasion are birthday song sang by the team in honor of Hon. A A Yaba Maisaka who added another years to his age and group pictures taken.
