Kogi guber: Lokoja LG Okada Riders Association Chairman Drums Support For Ododo, Commence Advocacy Visits

… Urges members to be law abiding

The Lokoja local government Chairman of Okada Riders Association, Comrade Baba Aliyu Musa, a.k.a Babaguguru has called on the electorates in Kogi State to come out en masse on the 11th of November, 2023 to vote for the Candidate of the APC Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, as they commence advocacy visits for his victory at the polls.

Babaguguru in an interview with National Watch Tv on Thursday, noted that when the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) lifts the embargo on campaign they will set in motion a campaign strategy that will reach all nooks and crannies of Lokoja local government area to ensure that the electorates are properly informed of the reasons why Ododo remains the best candidate for Governor.

He noted that to compliment the effort of the APC the association has commenced consultations with critical stakeholders in the area and advocacy visits, aimed at reaching out to the people in the society, thereby expanding the team of house-to-house advocates for Ododo.

The Okada Riders Chairman averred that, “Ododo has been very visible since he won the guber primaries in April and has practically covered the political landscape of Kogi State, in his sincere quest to consult with critical stakeholders in the state and beyond especially also engaging the people to personally understand their plights and share his expertise on how they could be ameliorated when he becomes governor of the state.

On the recent leadership crises rocking the association, Musa called on all members of the union to remain peaceful, saying that the matter is already in court.

He charged members to give peace a chance and ensure that the current peaceful atmosphere being enjoyed in the state is sustained.

Babaguguru implored them to cultivate the habit of channeling their complaints appropriately and in accordance with the laid down rules and regulations of the association rather than taking laws into their hands.
