The Senator representing the good people of Kogi West, Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi, has described the death of Hajiya Hajara Momoh, mother of the Accountant General of Kogi State, Alh Jibril Momoh, as a monumental and devastating loss, not only to the Momoh family alone but the entire Ebira land.
Senator Adeyemi noted that the Late Hajiya Hajara Momoh was a virtuous and enterprising woman who dedicated her entire life to the good upbringing of her children and care for humanity.
In his statement, the Senator admitted that the loss of such a loving and caring mother could be deeply touching and painful, but that the family should take consolation in the fact that Mama lived a fulfilled life as a devoted Muslim and was gracious to have seen her children become agents of peace, progress and development in the society before her passing.
He prayed that Almighty Allah forgives her short comings and grant the soul of Mama Aljanah firdaus, also that Almighty Allah comfort and console the entire family and grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable and irreplaceable loss, amin.
