The Kogi West Senatorial flag bearer of ACCORD (A) in the 2023 general elections, Bashorun MD ESEYIN, FPOP, has condoled the entire people of Kupa land in Lokoja, over the death of their traditional ruler, Alhaji Mohammadu Kabir Isah.
In his condolence message made available to journalists on Monday in Lokoja, MD ESEYIN mourned with the people of Kupa over the loss of the royal father, describing him as “the well-respected traditional ruler”.
He said that the monarch would be remembered for his lifelong dedication to the development of his people, providing leadership with dignity, love and respect when it mattered most
Eseyin expressed the trusts that the late royal father’s family, friends and associates would continue to honour the departed patriarch’s commitment to peaceful settlement of disputes and promoting harmony among different ethnic groups in his domain.
He prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of the departed and comfort for those who mourn.
The late Alhaji Mohammadu Kabir Isah, was the traditional ruler of Kupa land in Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State.
