The Lokoja Forum Of Patriots (LFP), has felicitated with HRH Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi 4th on his appointment as the new Maigari of Lokoja in Kogi State.
The LFP, in a congratulatory message issued by its Chairman, Alhaji Idris
Baba’Ango, and made available to newsmen rejoiced with the people of Lokoja over the choice of the new Emir.
The LFP thanked Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, for ensuring a peaceful selection process of the new Maigari of Lokoja.
He extended the greetings of the entire members of the LFP to the new Maigari, saying: “His Royal Highness, Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi is a personality that will further promote the economic growth and social development of the people Lokoja.
“As a seasoned administrator, Ibrahim Gambo Kabir, will no doubt lead his people with the fear of God and utmost dedication to the doctrines of equality and advocacy for love and unity amongst his subjects.”
The statement therefore, urged the people of Lokoja to support the new Maigari with prayers, loyalty and commitments in order to ensure that peace and harmony continue to thrive in the community.
