The Concerned Lokoja PDP Youth Forum has reiterated commitment to the candidature of Ahmed Shehu Yabagi to be the Kogi Stete House of Assembly member to represent Lokoja 1 State Constituency, come 2023.
The group through the Chairman/Convener, Suleiman Dauda, further buttressed that as a mark to show tbeir high level commitment towards this course, they have concluded arrangements to buy the PDP House of Assembly form of intent for Ahmed Shehu Yabagi.
Dauda , in a statement, pleaded with all stakeholders and intending House of Assembly aspirants, especially those from Ward ‘B’ to form a consensus and support the candidature of Yabagi, ” as he is the one with the brightest of chances amongst not only aspirants from Ward ‘B’ but the entire State Constituency.
“This is as a result of his antecedents of emperwering the Youths, Women and Elders and his courage to contest the resent local government council election despite all intimidations from the ruling APC.
“The Concerned Lokoja PDP Youth Forum has put in place a plan to stage a Walk across the entire constituency in solidarity with Ahmed Shehu Yabagi.”
According to the group, “this is not about an individual but about the collective interest of all of us and the entire constituency.”
