It is not always that a father lives to see his son do things that will MAKE him stand tall in the village square with pride , and say loudly ” this is my son in whom am well pleased”.
In this case, am AMONG the privileged few who can saunter into the political square of the Confluence State and beat my chest proudly, and say with a resoundingly loud and clear voice that GYB is my WELL beloved political son in whom am well pleased.
Many would be wondering ” why this statement from someone like me, who claims not to have benefited from GYB ” despite being among the few privileged who were instrumental to his emergence as Governor.
Having said all this, I still deem it fit and more than necessary to add my voice to the very many , who are pouring well deserved encomiums on this anointed Kogi State icon of POLITICAL liberation ” many will disagree with me ” but that remains a sacrosanct fact ” that will be story for another Day”.
My POLITICAL son (GYB) came, saw and conquered,as he was able to liberate other ethnic groups from the firm grip of ethno political domination of a particular ethnic group over the others.
for this feat alone ” I say a big thunderous and resoundingly loud HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the White Lion who came and swallowed the carnivorous Ethnic domination group in the Confluence State.
Praying that Allah will give you the fortitude to weather the storms of life confronting you inshallah in Jesus name amen .
